- Phone State & Direct Dialing: To provide a seamless "One-Click Call" experience and automatic post-call logging, the app requires access to Phone State (to detect when a call ends) and Calling permissions (to initiate calls directly from the CRM interface).
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the app, including features accessed and time spent, used solely for performance optimization.
